通風(fēng)式滅菌器主要適用于各種耐高溫軟包裝制品（含PVC、非PVC包裝的液體）、塑料安瓿、無菌濕巾、無菌面膜、預(yù)灌封針劑、PP軟管裝膏劑、鋁塑管裝膏劑等產(chǎn)品的滅菌處理。該設(shè)備采用壓力蒸汽和空氣混壓滅菌工藝模式，由強(qiáng)制對流風(fēng)扇和導(dǎo)流風(fēng)板結(jié)構(gòu)使得腔體內(nèi)部非飽和蒸汽均勻混合，確保滅菌溫度均勻性。
設(shè)備內(nèi)部設(shè)有冷卻盤管，產(chǎn)品的冷卻和干燥是通過將冷卻水引入冷凝盤管將滅菌室內(nèi)的混合氣體冷凝。冷空氣流過產(chǎn)品將產(chǎn)品冷卻，同時(shí)產(chǎn)品表面的水漬蒸發(fā)，最后實(shí)現(xiàn)冷卻和干燥的目的。在冷卻過程中對產(chǎn)品實(shí)施壓力跟蹤和反壓保護(hù)，以保證產(chǎn)品不會由于高溫狀態(tài)下內(nèi)外反向壓差或過大壓差造成產(chǎn)品損壞。同時(shí)具有人工干預(yù)措施在自控失調(diào)狀態(tài)下保證產(chǎn)品安全。

The equipment is internally equipped with a cooling coil, and the cooling and drying of the product is to condensate the mixed gas in the sterilization room by introducing cooling ** into the condensation coil.Cold air flows through the product to cool the product, evaporate the ** on the product surface, and finally achieve the purpose of cooling and drying.During the cooling process, pressure tracking and back pressure protection are implemented to ensure that the product will not be damaged due to reverse pressure difference or excessive pressure difference between inside and outside at high temperature.At the same time, there are manual interventions to ensure product safety under the condition of self-control disorder.
